Wilde Hilde ("Wild Chicken[citation needed]"), sometimes called "Wild Hilde" (for instance, on the park's web pages), is an unusual if not unique ride. The rendition of the name as "Wild Hilde" seems to have come from an attempt to translate the name from German into English using the Googlefish.

The end of the queue is decorated with a fake "washing line", hanging on which are bloomers with chickens stuffed into them. The wheel base has a picture of a frightened chicken; the track supports are decorated with model chickens, and with people climbing up them.

The track is vertical, with the wheel base attached to the track in such a manner that the pivot holding the car (in a similar manner to a suspended coaster) is horizontal. The train doesn't invert, but it swings in a similar manner to a pirate-ship ride. There are electromagnetic brakes before each turn, to make the train swing more wildly than it otherwise would, but the coaster is designed so that the car does not flip over.
