Velociraptor is a steel launched coaster which opened on August 31, 2016 at IMG Worlds of Adventure at City of Arabia in Dubai. The coaster was build by the German manufacturer Mack Rides as a clone of their previous Blue Fire at Europa Park, another Launch Coaster which opened on 2009.

Ride experience[]
After leaving the station, riders are taken to a jungle-like area. At the launch, dinosaurs are seen on the screen to the right. The door opens in front of the riders and the train is launched out of the building. After a horseshoe to the left, the train drops into a vertical loop. A small, slightly overbanked curve follows the loop and leads into the trim brakes. The brake run is followed by a small drop, which is followed by the first inversion of the twisted horseshoe roll, which consists of two tight corkscrew-like inversions connected by a 180° curve to the right. The train then travels over an airtime hill that goes through the loop and another curve, which leads into the final inversion, an in-line twist. A last curve to the right and the train reaches the final brake run. The door opens, leading the train back into the building.
