The Italian Coaster, also known as the Italian Roller Coaster, was a steel roller coaster located in the Fest Area of The Great Escape (previously Storytown USA).

History[]

The coaster was purchased by Charles R. Wood from Pinfari in 1970 to become Storytown USA's first roller coaster.[1] The ride opened for the 1971 season and was closed in 1988. The former site is now occupied by Flashback.[2]
