Schwur des Kärnan is a Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster at Germany's Hansa Park. It is the tallest, fastest, and longest coaster ever made by the company. The ride begins with a vertical chain lift inside of a 260 ft tower. Near the top of the ascent, the chain lift drops the car down, similar to a drop tower ride, though it is not a complete freefall. The initial drop begins in complete darkness before exiting the tower towards the bottom of the drop. The ride's single inversion, a heartline roll, also takes place in the dark but at the near end of the ride.
