Rasti-Land is a family oriented amusment park,located in Slazhemmendrof in southern Lower Saxony,Germany.The park has been family oriented since its opening in July,1973 and suitable for families with childrens up the age of 14.The park opend eight months a year.
History[]
Rasti-Land was founded in 1973 with an area of 12 hectares and four attractiones on opening date: The now defunct vintage cable cars,the Westren Railway,Africa Photo Safari and a pair of bumper cars(small and big).Originally, the park was a recreational park with an indian village inside and more,Kept in a "westren" style.Rasti-Land is derived from the Rasti building blocks. The park first regarded as a resort and grew on date. Founders and still the managers of the park are Ludwig Ratzka and his son Steffan. The architect and civil engineer Ludwig Ratzke was of the opinion that there were too few offers for childrens in this region and decided to build Rasti-Land. Rasti-Land was opened in an old gravel pit near Benstorf. Rasti land kept grew and expanded thier park to the max with the number of visitors kept coming to the park. The biggest investment was with a total cost of 2.85 million euros and it was thier Rafting Runaway that opened in 2002.
Kids-Dinoworld[]
Completed in 2006, Kids-Dinoworld is the seocnd largest investment in the park and includes the first ever indoor logflume in Germany. Kids-Dinoworld offers the possibility of a year-round operation and thus the prospect of further increasing in the guests number. Kids-Dinoworld and Rasti-Land are separately charged,beacuse the adventure world is not part of Rasti-Land,but a supplement.

In 2017, the second hall was opened. There is an underground connection between the halls. The new hall includes a high rope course and a black light mini golf alley.This hall was the largest investment in Kids-Dinoworld with a cost of 3.2 million euros.

Rafting in the realm of a T-rex
Rasti-Land of today has atleast 45 attractiones,which are mainly family attractiones.The main attraction in the park is Rafting in the realm of a T-rex,thier River Rapids ride. As well can be found the bobkart course,Blizzard, Kids-Dinoworld and Achterbahn.
Rasti-Land is also known as an interactive theme park with many interactive attractiones such as Water Battle,Laser Plant and more

- In 2016, the park won third place in the "Park Scout Award" as the best amusment park in Germany.
