Pulsar is a launched shuttle water coaster,located in the Belgian amusment park,Walibi Belgium.The roller coaster was an investment of 8.5 million euros,making it the most expansive coaster in Belgium.
Pulsar was build by German manufacturer Mack Rides and its thier first Powersplash model.
History[]
On October 2014,Walibi Belgium has announced the arrivel of a new coaster.They stated that this will be the first of its kind by Mack Rides.The model will be a shuttle water coaster with 3 launches.
Construction had began in April 2015,with part of the lake drained to make room for the coaster.Later in September,local residents file a complaint and demand that the building permit be withdrawn beacuse they feared noise nuisamce.However,this does not happened.The music for this coaster ic composed by a German company known as IMAscore and theme is done by a Dutch manufacturer known as the Leisure Expert Group B.V.The name was revealed on October 2015 to be Pulsar.
after many years of constructions,the coaster had a soft opening in 6 May 2016,but will offcialy opened in 4 June 2016.

Story and Theme[]
Pulsar is an energy that is locked up in an old waterhouse,to which the station building is theme to.
There are two pre-shows in the queue passes the station building.Int the first,visitors get to see a crumbling wall due to a large amount of energy trying to escape.In the second one,there will be a heart of which the energy comes from.
When the visitors enter in the boat later,the energy will burst and power the boats.

Ride Experience[]
Once riders are loaded, the turntable station rotates to align the car with the rest of the track. The car then accelerates backwards over a small hill before travelling through a straight section of track. This straight section of track forms the ride's splashdown pool, which is empty at this point in the ride. The car then travels part of the way up a vertical spike of track before travelling forwards over the hill. The car then launches forward into a second vertical spike and comes back down before entering a third backwards launch. While the car is on the vertical spike at the back end of the ride's layout, the splashdown pool fills with water in approximately six seconds. The car then travels down the spike and enters the splashdown pool, which is now filled with water. This serves to slow the car down before it re-enters the turntable to unload riders.
