Medusa Steel Coaster is a Rocky Mountain Construction hybrid roller coaster at Six Flags México in Mexico City, Mexico.[1] Before its drastic remodeling for the 2014 season, the ride originally opened as a Custom Coasters International wooden roller coaster on June 2, 2000. The refurbished ride opened in 2014.
Design[]
Once the train departs from the station, riders will travel to the left leading to the chain lift hill. Once climbing the 32-metre-tall (105 ft) hill, the train will make a right down the first inversion zero-g roll heading down the first hill at an angle of 50°. After the main drop the riders will experience going through several drops, helices, and two more zero-g rolls, until the train returns to the station.
