The Infinity Coaster is a steel roller coaster model produced by German manufacturer Gerstlauer. The first installation was the record breaking Smiler at Alton Towers in England, with an incredible 14 inversions, 4 more than the runner-up.
The Infinity Coaster is somewhat of a spinoff of the Euro-Fighter model also made by Gerstlauer. Though the Infinity models focus more on forceful and creative elements as opposed to beyond-vertical drops, (though some also feature this kind of drop).
Several of these models also implement a "switch track", such as Fury at Bobbejaanland. These are somewhat of a cross between a shuttle and a full-circuit roller coaster.

So far, there have been 10 installations of the model, ranging from 8 different countries. Here is a list of all the installations as of June 11, 2020 in alphabetical order.
