History[]

The ride opened on May 5, 2000 at Six Flags Ohio and was called 'Batman: Knight Flight' in the Gotham City section of the park. In 2004, Cedar Fair acquired the park and renamed it to Geauga Lake & Wildwater Kingdom. The name of the ride was changed to "Dominator". On September 16, 2007, Dominator (along with the park) closed down. The ride was then relocated to Kings Dominion and opened on May 24, 2008, retaining the Dominator name.
