The Bat is a Vekoma Boomerang roller coaster located at Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan, Canada.[1] Bat's train was originally one of three from Dragon Fire, another of the park's roller coasters. During the 2008 season The Bat's supports were painted orange.

Design[]

Elements

See Boomerang (Model)

When the ride begins, the train is pulled backwards up the lift hill, then dropped through the loading station and into a cobra roll and then one Vertical Loop. At the end of this cycle the train is pulled up the lift hill at the end of the track, then dropped once again allowing the train to go back through the design backwards.

Trains[]

Single train with 7 cars. Riders are arranged 2 across in 2 rows for a total of 28 riders.

  • The Bat's train was originally one of three from Dragon Fire, another of the park's roller coasters. This is because this coaster only ever used two of its trains, so the third was moved to The Bat, presumably to save buying one. The trains were built by Arrow Dynamics

Colour Schemes[]

The Bat was origionally red track with black supports. During the 2008 season. The Bat's supports were painted orange.
